Knight of Swords
The Cold Storm
The energy of the card
A knight charges in at a gallop, sword raised, trees and clouds bending in the wind. The card shows a frosty, tense mood – anger, hostility, harsh words. Sometimes this storm also brings a clarity that was needed.
Your path with this card
A storm passes in gusts, and between them you keep finding your footing. With every clear argument you gain ground. The card invites you to brace for stormy times and to meet the conflict coolly and nimbly.
- Where is a cold wind blowing against you right now?
- Where are you yourself the storm?
In the shadow
Here the card itself lies in shadow: coldness, attack, sharp words. It invites you to show your teeth where needed and to keep your heart warm while you do.
The image and its meaning
The Knight of Swords charges ahead with open visor and raised sword – nothing can stop him.
His armor protects his whole body, and a fiery red cloak underlines his strength and power. The Knight’s gaze is fixed straight ahead on his goal – he looks neither right nor left – nothing can distract him from his mission. The Knight is completely clear about his intentions.
Everyone is to know what he is about to do, and to beware. Whoever is not with him is against him.
