Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all transactions, contracts and offers made or concluded between Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books – and the customer. Exceptions for transactions that do not fall under the general terms and conditions must be communicated in writing.

Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books provides its services to the best of its knowledge and belief. Should the standards change, Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books will inform its customers before the service begins.

Appointments are assigned by Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books on a binding basis. Should it be necessary to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, the customer should do so in good time and as soon as possible, at least 24 hours before the appointment, by phone or by email. If the appointment is not cancelled in time or not at all, Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books has the right to invoice the customer for the loss of revenue.

In the event of repeatedly missed appointments due to not cancelling or not showing up, Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books reserves the right not to give the customer any further appointments. In case of a delay of 15 minutes or more, a new appointment may have to be arranged if, due to the delay, the timely handling of the following customer appointments or the operational process can no longer be guaranteed . In this case, Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books has the right to charge the full price for the missed appointment.

Prices for services and products are published on the website. Price increases are announced before they take effect. Offers are only valid during the published period and while stocks last. The customer must pay for the service or product directly after the service or directly at the time of purchase.

The customer agrees to pass on to Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books all personal data and information relevant to the professional performance of the requested service . This data is not stored electronically unless the customer consents. Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books undertakes to use this data only for the purpose of the service to be provided, in compliance with the data protection clauses, and not to pass the data on to third parties or outside persons without the customer’s written consent.

Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books, its employees and the management are obliged to keep secret and treat confidentially all information discussed during the service . Information is considered confidential if the customer expresses this or if this can be inferred from the content of the information. Confidentiality is lifted if this is decided by law and Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books is released from the confidentiality clause.

Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books, its employees and the management cannot accept liability if the customer suffers damage from a service that is based on information supplied by the customer and this information turns out to be insufficient.

Should the customer have a complaint about the service or the purchased product, this must be reported to the management as quickly as possible, but no later than 7 days after the reason for the complaint has been noticed. Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books will then, within the following 5 working days, propose an acceptable solution to resolve the complaint. If a complaint is justified, Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books will perform the work again without additional payment or replace the product concerned. Should the complaint not be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction , this may also be decided by an arbitration board or a court .

The customer agrees to behave appropriately during the service. Should the customer continue to behave inappropriately even after a warning, the management and the employees have the right to refuse the customer the service.

Swiss law applies exclusively.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, before or after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the valid and enforceable provision whose effect comes closest to the economic objective that the contracting parties pursued with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The above provisions apply accordingly in the event that the contract proves to be incomplete.

Use of the Spirit and Love Chat is voluntary and at the customer’s own responsibility. The content of the chat sessions (texts, card readings, audio output) serves exclusively for personal inspiration, reflection and entertainment. It is expressly not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books accepts no liability for actions or decisions taken on the basis of the content provided in the chat. Use of the chat is only permitted for adults (18 years and older). Minors are not allowed access.

All chat content is treated confidentially wherever possible. Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books gives no guarantee against technical interruptions or the loss of chat data.

Participation in the Conradius Spirit and Love Chat can take place via credits or booked packages. Credits must be purchased in advance using the payment methods offered (e.g. Stripe, TWINT, credit card). Credits that have already been used cannot be refunded.

Unused credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In the event of technical faults, Conradius – Foresight for Clarity: Mediation · Cards · Books will make every effort to fix them as quickly as possible. There is no entitlement to compensation.
